For some reason they arent as popular on XP as they were on windows 98.
I was bored one day so i installed windows 98 on vmware and coppied the themes in XP
They work great but you got to remember to copy the fonts they use because they will look strange and the damn screensavers dont workbut everything else does
not the themes - the sound SChemes. the sounds u get when u minimize a window or turn of the computer and stuff
