Hi,
I want to create MP3 with LAME, and I'm a user of the MegaCodecPack. So, I downloaded CDex, and as I want the LAME encoder, I put, in the settings of CDex, LAME mp3 encoder. But I'm not sure that it is the last version of LAME encoder. And as I've installed Mega Codec Pack, which contains the last version of LAME, I want to know how can I use the LAME file, installed with the MegaCodecPack, with CDex.
Thx a lot
Tib

Options -> Settings -> Encoder
Lame MP3 Encoder
Quality: --alt-preset standard
Leave all other settings as they are

yes, I know, but CDex uses the lame_enc.dll which is in C:\Program Files\CDex_150, and I want to know how can I do in order that CDex uses the last version of lame.dll (the one in the Maega Codec Pack)

I guess CDex doesn't support ACM codecs (unlike EAC).
But version 1.51 of CDex contains LAME version 3.92 (the newest).
The version of LAME doesn't matter much. They all work great.
