Can I Burn A Bin/cue To Dvd

can i do this or do i have to convert it.

if its a 700 MB file then you should burn it on a CD-R

.bin that are bigger then 700 MB (750) will also fit on a 700 MB cd-r

its 824, if i burn it to cd-r will it become a vcd and play in a dvd player that does vcd`s

It could either be a VCD or SVCD image. When you downloaded it the description would have told you what it was.

if it is a VCD then it will not play on a DVDr you Can only burn it as data

it won't play on a stand alone it has to be authorized

just mount the cue with Demon Tools extract the Mpeg file and author it to DVD
