At first when i was downloading a file my speed was 100 KB but now my speed is 10-20KB , and it had the same amount of sources, anything that can fix this ?

Patience!
You do not get constant download speeds as you are downlaoding in packets from assorted users.

any it terribble for me now , so i removed it from my pc, k-lite is faster imo.

Sometimes you get fast sources, sometimes you get slow sources, its the same whatever you use really...
I've found Shareaza to be OK, it's better when I have sources from Gnutella2, worse when my sources are from Emule.
