    well for free i would recommend taking a look here or here

    but photoshop is the best if u get ur hands over a tutorial

    I was assuming bulio has the intelligence to read the page I linked to, thus finding the Windows version for himself, shn.

    Yep, GIMP is the shit.

    I'll be damned if anyone can find Windows binaries for all the cool plugins though.

    I downloaded PaintShop Pro 8 sometime ago using Kazaa.

    It did not ask for a key or unlock code of any sort and only required that you register with an email address. It may be the opinion of many that PSP does not quite pack the punch of Photoshop or Corel however, it comes friggin' close enough to get the job done and then some. And it's ease of use is considerable.




    Kazaa+PSP8= pretty damn "free" for moi.
