    hey whats up guys.

    can someone teach me on how to resize a picture. i wanna make picture a little smaller, what program do i use and how do i do it?

    If you've never attempted image editing before, Photoshop would be way too hard. Theres the product activation to get around, just for starters.

    Get Irfanview instead. It's freeware, easier to learn and just plain user friendly.
