Sudently Lost Buch Of Files In A Folder

had buch of pictures in a folder caled 'pix'. last night i went true renamed and numberd the pictures. 2day i went in the pix folder an its EMPTY! everything else on my computer is fine except i lost everything in that folder. i did a search for all files an folders and i cant find them. i updated NortonsVirus definitons an scaned my computer and everything is fine.
i tried to restore my computer to last night but for some reson i cant restore my computer at all.

theirs NO-WAY im stupide enof to acedently do a select-all, delete them. then empty recycle-bin.

why is the folder stil their if everything in it is gone??
is their some way to recver them??

If you don't have the Norton Un-erase wizard on your pc, do a search on google or yahoo for 'un-erase' or 'file recovery' or something. You'll see some programs that might help you. There is a wide variety out there.

i hav that cuz i use the coprate edition of 2003AnitVirus and its not in their

[cooolway]

Maybe somebody did a computer restore.
