Im converting a small avi into a gif but the animation is very slow.
I change the settings and when i rightclick then preview, the animation is exactly how i want it but when i save it as a gif, its slow again.
I dont know what i am doing wrong. :helpsmile:

Download GIMP or Fireworks or Photoshop or whatever and speed it up.

OK did you download GIMP, because it's nasty at editing video.

I found this one wingimp some time ago but I have never used it and I wonder if it is the same or similar to this
Thoose are gimp links for windows by the way. But I think their the same binaries from gimp.org
