Uploading An Avatar......

Is their an idiots guide to uploading a new avatar.I`ve tried to remove my other one first and it still won`t upload my new one.It`s still the same size which is 80x80 and only 16.3kb which i pressume is with in the guide lines.Iv`e also tried disabling my firewall and zone alarm but still no joy.Is it me or is it the board.

I`m sure i did`nt have this problem when i put mey last one up.

just go to browse pic the avatar u want then click upload im sure thats just what u gotta do i just changed mine today and it worked fine and i have zA etc.

I`ve tried this with a smaller picture of what i want to put up but all it does is alter the sizes but keeps the same picture for some reason.Lol i think the board i broken.
