winamp 5 has live streams
This site http://tv4all.com/ also has plenty streaming tv, install pauls real and quicktime alternatives from the download section to play them....

yeh not just tv coz i know about winamp and stuff i mean like they will be streaming a particular show live.eg. a NBA game or a concert or sumthing like that.

Most of those stream soccer/football but the quality of the streams vary, it hard to tell on winamp if anyone is gonna stream a particular event as it's up to the person which generally are normal users of cable or adsl.
