Use VirtualDUb to extract the .WAV from the .AVI then encode and you shouldn't have any syncing problems. Check out http://www.dvdrhelp.com or http://www.digvid.info/encode/index.php

SJ, I have been using EO video forever, but only as a joiner, 2 small screen cams make one screen cam kind of thing. Never ever tried to convert something with it though, never had the need. Thanks for the idea though, very cool.
