400 Gig Hd

oooooo i did't see the (2 x 250GB SATA HDDs)
i told my friend i was hoing to get a 300 gig hd
then hes all "have you seen the 500 gig hd from
dell".i was think WTF i never seen a 500 gig hd.
he acts like hes going to get a better computer then me
when he has a peace of computer right now.
i have the beast computer in school i think B)

not to sell it's speed or preference, just pointing out how technology is getting better and better
I remember when a 3.2GB HDD back in '97 was the best out

not too bad...

i hate how people at my school will be like my cpu is a 2800xp and stuff and they think there computers are so much betetr than mine but really they arent, imo, ill tell you why:

1) they dont organize files, dont defrag, dont have virus scanners, no firewall, loads of spyware, 1098908 programs running and the desktop will have like 12093 icons on it. this makes it incredibly slow and very insecure.

2) they usually have shit onboard video which is slow as hell and takes away from your RAM which makes the computer really slow when you play games and stuff.

3) theyre OEM so its got the recovery discs and crappy free software and they arent upgradeable too much. for example if u want a enw processor and motherboard youll need a new case usually and then a enw power supply and video card and you end up paying as much as getting a new computer anyway and youve got the old one sitting around doing nothing.


i really dont like computer half-illiterates.
