Kvcd

I'm trying to encode Schindler's List into 2 KVCD's. There are 2 .avi files both are less than 1 hr. 30 min. and 440mb each. I tried encoding them with the different resolutions like 352x240 and 352x480, but they were really pixelated and stretched.

Anyway I was wondering if it was possible to use a kvcd template 704x480, would it fiton one cd each, and would the cd be able to handle that resolution.

{EDIT} Or which one of those tmplates would you reccommend.
