Kazaa Codec Pack Vs Avipreview!

Hi all,

I can't preview any movie anymore! If i start Avipreview and select a .dat file, it playes the movie all scrambled up!
Looks almost like an old ANSI format!

Just downloaded the Kazaa Codec pack. It playes all the movies great! But previewing is not possible anymore....

Any ideas?

Ive seen this post sereral times now and i reckon there must be a problem with it somewhere.

I had the same problems as you are experiencing, so i use another one now.

And have had no probelm's with KaZaA Preview Extractor

Others seem to have no problems with it, dont no why

Nope!

Looks cool this program, and i'm shure it's great but the endresult is the same.. scrambled!
I think i going to look for another codec pack.. SLD gave problems.. Nimo too... what's next?

To bad.. Kazaa codec pack works great... I hope that the compete download looks normal!

Like you say it might be your codec?

I only use Divx502 bundle,AC3filter,XVID video codec and dont have any probs.

Try downloading a bit more of the file?

Do you get an error?

Nope no errors... i installed KCodecpack yesterday, no problems with the playback, but i wasn't sure about a movie i'm downloading now. And i found this avipreview problem... To bad!

I downloaded to much of the movie now hahahahaa.. almost complete!

I think i try you codec ..
