i just installed this and it opens up fine. encarta uses the internet alot and in the app it says the page cannot be displayed for every internet related thing i click. sometimes it says invailed syntax error or unavailable feature under the back button. it can find articles but when i click on them it says unavilable feature btw.. plz help fix this app..i need to use it asap!

i dont think its encarta. maybe it ur browser. i have encarta 2004 as well as the previous year and i didnt have any problems.

Sounds like either:
- it's not configured properly to use your internet connection, or
- you've got a firewall blocking it when it wants to connect.
