Ok my problem is that my gamepad has 8 buttons and when I go to configure it on the Game Options in Control pannel the most buttons gamepad listed there is 4 buttons and If I choose to do a custom gamepad It only gave me the choice to 4 buttons only. Please Help Me.

your need to install the drivers
either from a disk that comes with the controller (provided you didn't steal it)
or from the maker of your pad's website (provided you didn't make it yourself)

err well look beat up your sister and tell her its her fault for losing the box with the drivers in it
or you could find the interact website (the people who made it, see i found out for you i'm nice) and poke around for the drivers.
or even better buy a nice gravis xterminater it has 16 (i think) buttons and its BLACK, not pink
