Labeling Videos?

Hi again,

after my last message, I decided to keep some of the video files untill I figure out a way to view them properly, but I'd like to put some comments on them to warn those who takes time to read uploading it from me.

You see when you hover the mouse over a file, you can see the comments come up, how do I do that? Under 'My Kazaa Lite' folder I have put some details on my playlist folder and shuved the vids in there........I mean is that it, when other see those files can they see the coments like that?
