Try removing the RAM and check again.
If you still don't get any beeps then it's the motherboard or the power supply that's faulty.
I would suspect the motherboard.

i didnt have the patience to cruize thru the full 5 pages... but
wht gfx card r u using? if its ATI, then switch to nvidia and see if it works...
sometimes ATI cards prevent a machine from posting at all (no beep, keyboard freezes, etc.)
so it could be the gfx chip
i guess i can try that switch my geforce 5200 256mb out for a radeon 7000

I jus bought a geforce yesterday and i tried and switched the cards and it still wouldn't post.

do you have another power supply to try? if you do and it still dont work then just return the processor and motherboard and get new ones it is easier than trying each one seperately since we cant tell what is wrong.Originally posted by DarkClown12@14 March 2004 - 17:11

i think i might, the thing is the power supply, mobo, processor, are all new and came from the same place. BTW, the case has power to it and everything seems to be running including the fan and all, jus cant get to bios to show up on the monitor, that why i said the processor is bad
