i think i might, the thing is the power supply, mobo, processor, are all new and came from the same place. BTW, the case has power to it and everything seems to be running including the fan and all, jus cant get to bios to show up on the monitor, that why i said the processor is bad
its either the motherboard, processor or power supply for sure, couldnt be anything else. you tried two different video cards so that cant be the problem.

was it online or a local shop? if it was a local shop just go down there with teh whoole computer and ask them to figure out what is wrong, if they cant figure it tout they will give you new parts, thats what my local shop did for me when i screwed up my mobo.

oh and your lucky the cpu wasnt getting any power from the motehrboard or else you probably would have had a fire! and im not kidding...

I got the parts from Computer Geeks, umm what is there return policy? The reason i think it is the processor and not nothing else is because the fan has power which is on the motherboard, and also when i turn on power to the case it lights up and runs the fan and all but dont see anything on monitor.

I think that would be a mistake.

CPU failure is way less common than motherboard or power supply failures and the symptoms don't eliminate those items.

Doesn't the Pentium II have a power supply?

What is the rating of the power supply you're trying to use?

I whent through all the pages and the motherboard brand and model hasnt been mentioned.

It could even be something simple like wrong jumper settings and your fsb or multiplier are set wrong for that cpu.

Give us the model of the board
