probably a half mb, i have one from around 94 that is a half mb but it wont work on my 133mhz pc im building lol, i tihnk it broke sitting in my closet.
From those pictures it's very hard to identify.
Isn't there any information you could tell us like... Make, Model, Chipset or markings on the board etc?
But, my guess would be 2 MB.

1 meg onboard with 2x1/2meg upgrade which need to be in both together(brown slots) good card in its day but there were better ones.
