Does'nt matter on brand at that money cos their all just as good as each other

My first guitar was an Encor Strat copy for £89 new
Sounds fine, at beginner level the only difference between that and a US strat is the name

Don't forget, you need an amp, and if you want to play Nirvana you're gonna need a distortion fx pedal unless you get one on the amp

Seriously, find a second hand one, it's an amazing thing to play guitar but there's no point in spending more than you have to before you know you're gonna enjoy it

Second hand, from a dealer preferably, otherwise you could end up with a banana necked axe
