All you need is an Antec Sonata, Zalman heatsink and some soundproofing and you can make your pc as high spec as you want without sound.

I used to have a 486 which didn't need any fans.

Of course this one beats a 486. Just.

Take a standard PC and turn it off?
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

lets repeat:

these are instructions for building a NATURALLY SILENT pc, not one with sound reduction, and NOT one with silent fans and shit. one with NO SOUNDS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Your question was "Most Silent Comp Ever, how to make it"?

You didn't state it had to be turned on at the time. Therefore, my reply is/was a valid contender for the prize (and ultimately the winnner)
