Smvss.exe What Is It ?

hiys guys

just wondering what smvss.exe is , seem to be a lot of activity on my firewall

seems to be something to do with mirc but not sure

Looks like a worm of some sort, but the posts are in french or something.

its not a worm im certain of that but do any other users see this in there firewalls , im pretty sure its a chat relay , but it exists in both kazaa lite and mirc , i see this with the outpost firewall but not sure if it comes up in other firewalls
