Thread: How Do You Watch Your Movies?

  1. #1
OK, so you've downloaded, painstakingly, the movie you want. But how do you watch it? Are you a sit in front of the screen type? Do you connect yoru PC with S-VHS leads? Or do you encode and then burn the VCD SVCD route? Let me know

I just watch all my films on my computer. And burning to VCD or SVCD takes too long and you end up with bad quality. B)

What media player do you use? Can the player make a difference to the quality?

No, I don't think that the media player has anything to do with the quality of the picture, the quality depends on the file itself and making sure that you have the right codecs.
    B)

Just make shure your Bitrate is set to 32bit !

Or your quality wil be less... much less!
All the dark bits in the movie will come out uhm... blurry and in strange colours!

The player can make a difference but i'ts mostly the codec's u use..
All players uses the same codecs!
