dont switch over to this company
it will be the biggest mistake youve ever made
REASONS WHY!
1. customer support is 50p a minute and is in India where the people are undertrained and can not understand what you are saying.
2. im on the 150k package and im getting speed test of 29kbps,
3. i tried to upgradde to the 256kbps service and nothing changed and ive been told its 256kbps when speed tests prove otherwise
4. if you dont belive me go onto the customer forum
