This is the most frustrating problem i've encountered.

When i use the auto numbering i.e. type 1) word creates the second number in the sequence automatically. If i want to get rid of the number i can easily delete it.

The problem is i cant then align the sentence with the one above. On a normal sentence (without the numbering) if i go press 'ENTER' and then 'DELETE' it allows me to use the 'SPACE BAR' to align the sentence with the line above, but this doesnt work when using numbering.

    Any suggestions?

EDIT: I know i can adjust it using the hour glass looking icon on top, but is there a way to do it just using the 'SPACE BAR' ?

Why use the space bar when <shift>Return starts a new line with the correct indent and skips the number?
