He didn't say he wasn't coming back, he said he wasn't coming back under a different name.

The question hasn't been answered. Is he still banned and if so, why?

It struck me that he was not the type of person to return to a place where he had been chastised in public and treated like a child.

However you know the chap far better than I do and it is entirely possible that I have misread his likely course of action.

In similar circumstances I do not know what course of action I would take. I suspect I would be embarrassed at returning, but one never knows these things until one is in the position.

Incidentally the fight I referred to was not in public on this board. As I understand it, the fight was a private matter between him and Marc on instant messaging or whatever it is referred to. BD chose to publish the text on this board, again I could be totally wrong on this as I don&#39;t us the messaging thing.

I don&#39;t think he has anything to be embarassed about. He was treated badly and defended himself. Although personally I don&#39;t agree with posting private conversations, sometimes a point has to be made.

Speaking for myself, I&#39;ve embarassed myself often enough to know the best way to handle it is not to run away but to face up to it, get it over with, whatever it is, and move on.

I hope he comes back, I find the board a good bit less interesting without him. As it is when you are away J&#39;Pol.

l don&#39;t think Billy has anything to be embarrased about, in fact l think it&#39;s the other way round.

He got Marc to admit that he had no control over his mods, and that they were treating him unfairly. The reason he gave for banning Billy was that he couldn&#39;t allow his mods to act like that. It&#39;s admin and the mods who should be feeling embarrased.

Billy should be reinstated now, but l notice no admin or mods have posted in here. l know one thing for sure, he won&#39;t post a single word under another name.
