    it ended inn a 32 hour siege of the building and you dont like to talk about it. your ex boss is in prison somewwhere but if you can find him you can have a reference

    Just tell the truth, but use some expensive words.

    It was discovered your former employer possibly got caught up in dubious affaires, and as soon as you found out yourself you decided to leave. Something like that but make it sound posh

    Ben, I think this appears that you are the one that had the inappropiate business practice. Would change the wording a little..... maybe say that you didn't agree with your past employers business practices. Just my thoughts for what it's worth.
