I go shoot some hoops, workout, and play my music.

I've got Comcast DVR (it's like TIVO) so I don't miss my shows.
I hate channel surfing. Just the shows that I like please.

Even then I'll drink juice or Gatorade. It doesn't cross my mind to drink alki.
