    The card in question has been tested on other machines and has worked fine. Other cards used on my machine are mainly Prophet MX's. I just got the base unit before Christmas, 1.7 Celeron 352MB RAM.

    Not too sure about the mobo type? There's this "KOB P4M266a NDSMx" on the manual if that helps

    Edit: I've had two different monitors and they seem to work fine through the on board graphics, it's just with PCI cards that they switch of.

    Try clearin' the bios cmos mate

    difinately try clearing the cmos, and if that doesnt help try looking in the manual for a jumper that chooses PCI, AGP, or onboard graphics.
