yeah have you noticed that other forums have 1star 2 star 3 star 4 star and 5star which much more accurate.
no really, your right in that. Also you can set limits when someone reaches the next star. Reason we took that away, was because some people started star-chasing. One big race to the five stars just so people thought they were full members. So it was taken out, the system we have now is just to show you are a lurker a participator or a big participator... something like that.

:sigh: what happened to the good old days.
I remember back when this forum only had a few 5 star members (FC being the most memorable). A lot of people could'nt give a crap back then and not a lot has changed since.
I've got an idea. Remove the stars completely and replace them with turds. A new member starts of with 5 shits and they decrease the more they post.

Thats a damn good idea. Maybe the missing turds could be replaced with toilet rolls? You slowly build up to 5 rolls
