i looked at the 9600se and noticed that one of them offered HL2 and the other newer one (same card) only sed "HL2 preffered grafix"


which means that yalls gonna need to get a card now if u want hl2 in dec. of this yr.

9600se offered hl2 coupon?!?
doubt it, i'd like to see it if it did because to the best of my knowledge the hl2 coupon only comes with the XT series of radeon cards...

it doesnt really matter. they killed the hl2 promotion. no longer offered with the XTs anymore either... they were going bankrupt

i got mine, took out the promo card, and returned it (those dumbasses at microcenter never check for the "minor" stuff, even tho the card explicitly states that it cannot be returned ) in any case, this was for any1 who needed to know

it does. i saw it at best buy. they had it with the hl2 coupon

what does the se mean on nvidia cards? my friend has a geforce 2 mx400se64mb so i was wondering if that would mean its the low end or high end.
