There is a "no" choice so it is democratic

Voting "No" would be akin to having an opinion on the subject.
Some folks may like participate while remaining indifferent.

Thats all very well and good if you live in America, but where I live, it doesn't matter whether you care or not, you still have to vote.
If you don't vote, you cop a fine.
So I hope you can understand why I feel obliged to vote while remaining indifferent.
Perhaps we should have a poll to see if this poll should have an apathy option...
