Do you think having a 10 year old's sleepover party which started way too early and ended way too late will be a good enough excuse to avoid a fine, or should I bullshit?

I thought it was more than that.

In the area where I live, the voting was not compulsory. They didn't even check who I was. I could have gone and voted 20 times with someone's else name.
