Hi,

You need to get a cable or DSL,

However, you can resume very easy, just open up the torrent file and save in the same location, it will resume automatically,

or u could use some of the clients that have auto resume like abc or azureues.

that way when u get disconnected and connect back ur downloads will still be there

I recommend azureus, its jsut like kaZaa and eMule in the interface, all of your downloads are on the screen when you load the program

Do you mean your client and/or your net connection do not restart when your ISP closes you down?

To restart your net connection try Connection Keeper from Gammadyne.

To restart your torrents use Azureus as recommended above.

Use torrentstorm, that way you dont have to do the reconnection manually!
