here lets break it down for ya .. 172.0.0.1 << that means its gona be blocked client side .... anything else i can explain for ya ? do i need to explain client for ya ? let me know ill break out the dictionary ............

127.0.0.1 (if that&#39;s what you meant ) is the loopback network connection. AKA your computer. The reason why you think it&#39;s "blocked" is because 172.0.0.1 isn&#39;t hosting the file the ad is looking for.
