I made my own version recently. All in one simple installer.
The thing is I have no where to hosts it. It has a bunch of other otions that the original didn't have. I PMed Error to ask what I should do with it.
And yes it does block more than just ads within webpages () because it has to do with more than just the HOSTS file.

I need people to test it. I've only tested it on Windows XP. But some options are OS specific.
The only thing I'm concerned about it entries making conflicts with webpages, but that's why I included the switch. I'm pretty sure everything works just fine.
