Thread: Fake Files

  1. #1
I'm not sure that I have encountered any fake files so far, so my question is how would you know if a file is fake? If downloading a movie for instance, what would happen when you try to preview the movie? Thanks for the help.

It would either be another movie, or not a movie at all. (blank, etc.)

just preview, check if the movie you see playing is the movie you wanna dl (it could be renamed). To prevent that you could also use the verifieds in movie world!

For movies use avi preview, however use the verified sites. For music do not download files which has alot of users like 300, and also watch the bandwidth of the file. If the bandwidth is high and there is only like 6 users then it is a fake. Also check the file name and make sure it doesn't have a (1) or a (2) or any number in a bracket at the end of the file name. And lastly always download the quality mp3 like 192, not 128. Hope this helped you.
