ive had it for awhile now, its pretty nifty, gets rid of the ads at the bottom too, personally im using clear msn skin looks nice =)
hopefully windows x will make over msn 6.2 aswell, when it comes out

if you want to change it again

go to which application? MSN?
Modify what? You mean reinstall
Download the MSN installer from the WindowsX Site, run it, install msn, if you want to change skin just run the installer again
