    You mean the PSU fan?

Replace it with a faster rated fan.

But... The stock fan should be adequate. If the PSU is running to hot then either your case needs better ventilation or it has too much of a load.

After rereading this... I see that you may be talking about the CPU fan.

Replace it with a faster fan.

And try to improve the case ventilation.

the 'thing at the back' is PSU not PCU, it stands for power supply unit...i doubt you need to replace that, it should be adequate for the psu. the reason hot air is coming out is because you dont have proper ventilation in your case (add more case fans).

try speedfan to make your cpu fan run faster, and if it doesnt help much you can buy a 80mm-to-60mm adaptor and an 80mm fan to attach to your heatsync which will have better airflow AND be quieter which is great.
