Y'z Dock?

This isn't reallly a request so I think this is the right place to post it. Does anyone know where I can find the Y-z Dock program? I searched for it using google a few times before but was unsuccessful with each attempt.

I have Y'z Shadow and would really like to check out Y'z Dock so any help would be appreciated.

I have 20 items on mine (including seperators), and when its just sitting there, it takes up about 3-4k, when you move your mouse over it, it goes up to about 6-7k.
