I think if you go outside of your own countries laws on underage sex then you are a paedophile. This includes going to another country in order to go outside your own countries guidelines. I also think that when there is not many years between the parties and they are both passed puberty, then that is a matter for judges to decide as to whether they should be classed as paedophiles..

I also think that this is a matter that should be set by the UN so that standards are the same all over the world. Preferably raising the age. There are also other matters to be taken into consideration as to mental age etc. It is a very complex subject. I always go by the premise, if something looks or sounds wrong, then it is wrong.
