Can I Filter My E-mails

hi, im using ms office 2003 and would like to know if its possible to filter certain words in receiving e-mails, so those e-mails are blocked with the words of my choosing?

Hell here's a Microsoft word .doc file that tells you how to do it.

YES YOU CAN, use google, use the help in office 2003, or even use a program like choice mail that gets rid of all spam automatically, I use it and have not seen any spam in my inbox for over a year.

I used to use filters/rules in my Outlook Express email client. I found it didn't work well enough though.

My solution is SpamPal. It's unusually effective and completely free.

My solution is hella strong filters.

• The message must be in 7-bit ASCII with no non-English characters. HTML isn't allowed.
• The first and last words of the subject must be "ANTISPAM."
• You must be in my address book.
• You must put either my handle or my real name somewhere in the message.
• All other crap meets its master in /dev/null.

I never get spam.
