    as for your question, it is equivalent to both gmtime() and localtime()

    Here's a question for the coders

    When you are debugging a program in gdb, how do you get it to debug any child processes that may be created and allow the parent to continue running instead of the default, which allows the child process to run and continues debugging the parent?
