Film buffs like an argument. Anyone who has watched Movieworld for a couple of hours knows this.

Film, as an artform, is open to interpretation and, as a result, criticism.

Does there exist a flawless film? One which shrugs pundits; having acheived, in itself, all of the director's intent?

To start the ball rolling, I'd offer up The Good, The Bad And The Ugly.

I think that's pretty much a masterpiece and I can't think of a thing wrong with it.

lol you canīt escape it

As for the topic... No. Maybe within one age group.. Maybe. Iīm betting a lot would dislike The Good, The Bad And The Ugly (need to get around to watch that one btw) simply because its age. Also with personality styles which make people prone to different films.

Its like music or other forms of entertainment; you canīt please everyone though you might be able to reach a large audience.

I don't

I wouldn't have thought it was possible to find a film which everyone liked...
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.
