I was watching Demolition Man (from 1993) the other night when half way through the film it said something about Arnold Schwarzenegger becoming president of USA is this just a coincidence or fait

He was talking about governing back then and Stallone and Schwarzenegger were always seen to be rivals.....just a little jab at the opposition as you can see from Stallones reaction.

You also have to be a naturalized citizen to be eligible for the presidency. I think Arnold is from Austria.

Not quite...Arnold is naturalized but naturalized means "one who, being born an alien, has lawfully become a citizen of the United States." The constitution states "no person except a natural born citizen...shall be eligible to the office of President." The only exception is "a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution." Unless congress amends the constitution, which takes about 5-10 years, Arnold will never be president.

Well remember two things...
1) The film was set in 2028 or something? So there's still time
2) Congress brought in the DCMA and you guys are telling me they won't bring another crackpot scheme like allowing Arnie to run for president?
