can any tell me if it is safe to use kl as there is news that u can be caught using kl

It is very slim to be caught using the Kazaa Lite client.

Using the FastTrack Network, Kazaa Lite resides on is a bit more skeptical. There is a possibility that you could be caught for uploading/downloading copyrighted works.

dude,dee123abc,u gotta get this thru ur head,NO FILE-SHARING PROGRAM IS SAFE!how long will it take for people ot realize it? tho nightstalker is right,u got a slim chance usin k-lite.and ya itd b a better idea to use a alternate program/network like blubster for audio(tho i prefer limewire for audio) ,bittorent & emule for movies,and bittorent for software.fasttracks only good 4 porn

i wouldnt worry about it. check the filesharers vs copyrighters section for a more detailed analysis of the issues surrounding the RIAAs persecution of filesharers. odds are youre not sharing many files, and the odds of the man coming after you are pretty astronomically slim.

try alternative see other program where peaple didnt get cought ..
let see kazaa lite and kazaa = alot of peaple got caught
es5= even the press couldnt get to the creator +no one got cought +fastnetwork which ca connect to fasttrack ,gnutella and es network+it has the feature of proxy chain hiding which make it hard if not impossible to track ur IP..

PS: the first time i read that was in the es5 forum but then i had to check it out my self from other sources so i search through the internet and i founs something that support that idea in a very strong way..
i even asked some DR's who are specialist in networking and they said that this is a very intelegent feature that might take year to resolve it ..
