Possible To Fix An Audio Problem ?

I downloaded a movie, and about 85% of the first part of it , it runs well , but towards the end, the audio doesnt go well with the video . Example: You hear a person talk and about 2 seconds later you see their lips move without any sound coming out. Im wondering if their is a program i could use to fix this problem, please?
