    If you go into the bios there is something called "agressive" settings which i think is a preset for settings should i choose this?

    My Asus BIOS has "aggressive" as a setting for the memory timings....
    You can try them and see how your system responds.

    Essentially it's just an easy way to tighten your timing without the tedious work of adjusting one setting, testing, adjusting, testing...you get the picture.
    You may be able to increase your benchies slightly by doing it yourself, but the difference probably wouldn't be noticable...

    If your memory is good enough to handle it, I say go for it.
