I would like to know the actual reason, even if that mod is not willing to tell us themselves, would it be possible for you to find out the reason and tell us virtualbody? (allowing that particular mod to stay anonymous)

There is actually a sig mod (not IKE) who goes around all day and checks your sig size, and checks it against your avatar size just to make sure you're not breaking any rules.

Would have been my suggestion for a candidate to this position.
